Hello to all you PINK LADIES! I can barely believe that this is my first post of 2009! I have been out and about in blogland though...so I thought I better get my Pink Saturday post up...before Blogland gave me the "BOOT"! Actually I was so inspired by the FIRST PINK POST that the Muse has done and the lovely pink boots she shared that I thought I should share my most PINK fashionable boot with you also! I have the neatest little collection of vintage shoe planters and this boot is one of my FAVORITES!
You can also see one of my Victorian pink boots that says Souvenir of Joliet Illinois probably one of my best Goodwill finds at 49 cents! The little victorian shoe trinket box was a dollar store find, yep you guessed it...one whole dollar for it! It is a little hard to see the Christmas ornaments one of which is PINK!
Now with the lack of posting that I have had or
shall I say I have NOT had...you would think that
my Christmas decor would be all down...but nope,
not yet as you can see by the two little pink wire trees in my pic. They are so sweet though that I almost would like to leave them up for Valentines day!
And hey...talk about Valentines day...check out my sidebar for the cute clip-art I snagged from ol' dame penniwigs blog, she shares lots of adorable goodies for all to take, I can hardly wait to see what she has to share for "love "day!
And hey...talk about sharing...check out the TOTE GIVE_AWAY at MAISON DOUCE, and check out all her pinks....this gal does it so well,a true little pink heaven!
Oh and after you leave me a comment check out fittyspinkyrosecottage...sign up for her vintage heart swap...looks like lots of "hearty" fun!
And last but not least stop by over at Beverlys- howsweetthesound to view all the pink saturday participants, click on my post title to take you right over to PINK SATURDAY! HAPPY PINK SATURDAY TO ALL!
Pink Saturday -- what fun! Nice to see you posting so nice and early in 2009! I love that pink bootie! I have to wonder if some new mother in the 1940's or so got a nice bouquet in it? My mother had some of those, including a pink lamb. I think you ought to leave those pink wire trees up for Valentine's -- aren't they adorable? So festive!
